Lighting for Tomorrow Press Releases
- 2010 Lighting for Tomorrow Competition, January 14, 2010. For the first time, Lighting for Tomorrow will be looking at lighting control products including stand-alone, system-based, and whole house devices. The lighting controls competition is building on the 2009 fluorescent dimming competition by seeking lighting control devices that are compatible with fluorescent or LED technology. Included in the 2010 competition are SSL fixtures for specific applications and replacement lamps.
- 2009 Lighting for Tomorrow Winners, September 15, 2009. The seventh annual Lighting for Tomorrow competition resulted in several unique winners given the many changes made to the 2009 entry categories. This year included the first ever fluorescent dimming competition, which was open to both fluorescent fixtures as well as compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs). In addition, the solid state lighting (SSL) competition was expanded to include a much wider range of applications.
