Submission of this form indicates that you are planning to enter the Lighting for Tomorrow 2009 Application Competition and would like an entry number assigned for your proposed design. At this point, only the following information is required and submission of this form does not obligate you to enter the Competition.
A separate form must be submitted for EACH design. The number assigned to your proposed design will be sent to you within 30 days of receipt of your registration form.
