2007 Lighting for Tomorrow Competition
Background: The 2007 Lighting for Tomorrow competition recognizes excellence in design of energy-efficient residential lighting fixtures. The competition includes separate categories for:
- Indoor and outdoor fixture families using pin-based linear or compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs); and
- LED-based fixtures, including kitchen undercabinet, portable desk/task, outdoor, recessed downlights, and a special “cutting edge” design category
Winners: Winners were announced at the ALA Annual Conference, September 9-11 in San Antonio, Texas.
